Provide deep technical support to customers in their selection and use of Rebellions development tools, silicon, and IP products to ensure success
Offer technical leadership and guidance focusing on design win strategies for all customer opportunities
Analyze customer needs and compare Rebellions and competitive solutions to maximize customer use of Rebellions products
Collaborate with field and factory resources to develop and deliver technical proposals to customer project managers, engineering managers, system architects, and design engineers
Code and implement circuits to demonstrate efficient use of Rebellions technology and competitive advantages to secure design wins
Create technical solutions (e.g., hardware, software demos, example designs)
Guide customers through their design process
Provide onsite support and solve real-time problems, including software tool issues, coding, and simulation assistance, HW lab debug, and embedded system bring-up
Create or edit and deliver presentations and demos on Rebellions products, tools, and methodologies aligned with customers’ needs
Provide regular feedback to Rebellions management and factory experts on the needs of the customer base
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience with BIOS, BMC, OS Kernels and Intel/AMD CPU subsystems
ARM SoC Bootloader and Linux devicer driver development and support for customers
System BIOS/FW engieering while fucusing on board bring-up, BIOS customization, troubleshooting
Embedded processing knowledge
Familiarity with x86 and ARM architectures, performance metrics, OS(especially Linux), BSP, drivers, and debugging tools
Technical knowledge of PCIe card and CPU architectures and trade-offs
Understanding of both hardware and software development processes for ARM CPU-based SoC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentations skills, and the ability to work with multiple groups
Experience in a customer support or customer-facing role
