Responsibilities and Opportunities
Serve as a key point of contact for investors to enhance their understanding of Rebellions’ financial results, product initiatives and long-term strategy
Assist in organizing and actively participate in investor conferences, meetings and roadshows
Manage relationships with international investors and shareholders, organize shareholder meetings, and post-investment support
Develop and refine the Rebellions' equity story based on in-depth analysis of market and industry outlook
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in investor relations, corporate finance, and/or other IB position
Experience at a high-growth, publicly traded technology company is preferred, ideally in an investor relations role
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong understanding of valuation and modeling techniques
Proven communication skills (both written and spoken). Ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear and compelling messages
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Qualifications
Experience managing IR for a listed company
Strong understanding of the semiconductor and AI industries
