Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability, utilizing scripting to automate tasks where possible
Travel to data centers or customer sites to perform physical server installation and provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting
Work closely with internal teams to track product development, resolve technical issues, and ensure our systems meet performance and reliability targets
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong proficiency working in a linux environment, with a solid understanding of system administration fundamentals.
Strong, methodical approach to diagnosing and solving problems at the hardware/software interface
Hands on experience with some form of computer hardware (e.g., embedded systems, PCs, or servers)
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages to automate routine tasks and create test scripts
Quick learner with an eagerness to dive into new technologies and solve problems
Ideal Qualifications
Experience supporting hardware accelerators such as GPUs, NPUs, or FPGAs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with proven track record of supporting customers in fast-paced environments
Experience with kernel debugging tools and techniques
Proficiency with version control systems like git
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and data center operations
