Responsibilities and Opportunities

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, acting as a trusted advisor understanding their business and providing tailored solutions leveraging Rebellions’ AI accelerators. Your mission is to drive customer engagement, build and nurture strong customer relationships, and expand Rebellions’ market presence in Japan. 

  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, including hyperscalers, cloud providers, telcos, and on-prem enterprises
  • Sales and business development: Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns by understanding their business objectives, technical requirements, and decision-making processes
  • Customer advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure Rebellions’ solutions effectively address customer needs
  • Technical collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to guide customers through product evaluations, PoCs, and deployment for smooth adoption of Rebellions’ solutions
  • Channel partner management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and trading partners for effective sales execution and market coverage
  • Market intelligence and insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies by gathering customer insights and monitoring market shifts


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in account management, business development, or technical sales in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on AI or semiconductor solutions
  • Proven ability to manage and expand enterprise-level customer relationships, with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Technical acumen with the ability to grasp and articulate complex AI accelerator concepts
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (Korean is a plus)


Ideal Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with the Japanese AI and datacenter market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Experience working with AI accelerators or other advanced hardware solutions
  • Familiarity with startup dynamics, including adaptability and working in fast-paced environments
  • Existing network of contacts within the Japanese AI ecosystem
