Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Developing and managing a detailed project plan. Aligning stakeholders and team members on the plan and managing the execution of tasks to achieve project goals
• Resolving technical problems where possible and working with Engineering teams to deliver solutions for advanced issues
• Gathering customer feedback and communicating it back to the engineering team in a prioritized manner to influence bug fixes and future releases
• Suggesting ways to reduce the risk of performing maintenance; work with others to accommodate scheduling needs
• Exhibiting strong planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and structure, strong communication skills, assertiveness, networking, and conflict management skills
• Taking some responsibility for off-hours support during significant events as required

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a technical, customer-facing position
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, managing projects of varying complexity and size
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure requirements, particularly those relevant to deploying and maintaining GPU and NPU systems in data centers
• Experience with data center power, cooling, and networking systems, as well as the ability to integrate and optimize new hardware components within existing infrastructure
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Notion
• Project Management Professional(PMP) certification or equivalent
• Fluent in Korean(native speaker) with proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in delivering hardware and software products to hyperscalers and large data centers
• Extensive knowledge of semiconductor technologies, including chip design, fabrication processes, and hardware-software integration
• Adaptability in managing change and overcoming challenges in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with private cloud environments such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, passionate, hard-working, and creative individual with a strong interest in learning new technologies
