Implement and enhance Open Compute Project (OCP)-based Root of Trust firmware
Ensure secure boot processes, firmware integrity checks, and memory protection
Lead the process for obtaining and maintaining FIPS certification, including hardware/software design, implementation, validation of security features, and documentation management
Analyze code and specifications, contributing to the development and improvement of open specifications
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Security Firmware engineering
Experience in implementing bootloaders for client/server systems, focusing on secure boot, measured boot, and verified boot
Strong understanding of OCP-based security implementations, with relevant practical experience
Proven experience with FIPS certification, OCP S.A.F.E., and security audits
Proficiency in system management (DMTF/SPDM) and key management for IDE and network components
Experience in mass production of secure-boot systems, including signing infrastructure and certificate management processes
Solid understanding of cryptographic principles and security protocols
