Responsibilities and ​Opportunities

• Evaluate ​and ​develop Ethernet ​control subsystem firmware
• Optimize and ​implement ​Layer 2/3 ​protocols, including VLAN ​(802.1Q), STP ​(802.1D), ​RSTP (802.1W), ​IGMP ​Snooping, ​and Link Aggregation ​(802.3ad)
• Implement ​and debug RoCE ​(RDMA) ​functionality
• Integrate ​hardware and software ​architectures to ​evaluate ​systems and ​conduct compliance ​tests
• Provide ​solutions for technical ​issues and ​ensure system performance and reliability

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in next-generation Ethernet firmware development
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Deep understanding of Ethernet protocols (Layer 2/3, TCP/IP, UDP)
• Strong background in silicon validation, embedded software development, and proven debugging skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ideal Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in hardware-software integration, validation, and driver/firmware development
• Experience developing firmware for high-speed interface devices (e.g., PCIe, UCIe)
• Ability to work across multiple teams and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies
