We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineering expert to strengthen both our internal processes and external ecosystem. Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Standardize system-level qualification plans for various PCIe cards based on theoretical and technical data
• Conduct system-level reliability testing in collaboration with external resources
• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment and tools tailored to specific product testing requirements
• Monitor in-line test data daily and identify issues through data analysis
• Drive improvements and manage changes in PCIe card testing processes and equipment
• Enhance process quality, conduct failure analysis, and improve test coverage
• Develop and implement quality control processes for system-level products, covering all stages from development to manufacturing
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate findings and progress to stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical engineering in semiconductor reliability or product testing
• Proficiency in data handling and statistical tools such as JMP, Minitab, or Spitfire
• Experience in Python scripting for data analysis is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of IC design, testing methodologies, and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Practical experience with board-level testing, system-level validation, and functional testing for AI hardware products
• Expertise in developing automated test scripts using Python or relevant programming languages
• Familiarity with stress tests like HTOL, TC, HAST, and board-level stress testing
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, JEDEC, or other applicable quality frameworks

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven experience establishing QA processes for innovative products from development to production
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA for resolving quality issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and reporting
